1. Slice the Leeks, Apples and chop the garlic.
2. In a Frying Pan, fry the leeks, then the sliced apples, and finally
the garlic.
3. Add seasoning.
4. Put in the dish, and cover with grated cheese.
5. Lay very thinly sliced potatoes on top.
6. Pour the cream and milk onto the potatoes.
7. Bake for 45 - 60 mins (until potato is cooked) Gas Mark 6.
